Dangerous Goods

You must have a current NZ Drivers Licence for transporting hazardous and dangerous goods.

Our course contains US16718 to demonstrate your understanding of the legislation and legal practice while moving hazardous materials on the road. If you want to transport hazardous and dangerous items by road, your licence must have the “Dangerous Goods” (“D” Endorsement) endorsement.

8. Transport Procedures.
9. ERI (Emergency response information).

An NZTA Licence Endorsement Certificate is awarded following the successful completion of the theory; this certificate must be presented to any VTNZ Agency for the licence registration process.

Please note: You must meet the level of written and oral English equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or higher as part of the assessment.
